HENDRIX VIERA
For my rap or r&b listeners out there, check this guy out: Hendrix Viera.
He's fresh, young, and poppin those collars like no other. Livin' in Milwaukee, working and playing. He has a dream and wants to go somewhere with it. Help a brother out and listen to some of his music! Hendrix is owning his shit. I personally know this artist and has seen his studio right in his very own home ;-) Like him on facebook! Spread the love. Hope you enjoy.

What does this word mean to you?
Once in a great while I feel we all lose this spark that motivates us. This drive that keeps us going, urges us to do well and to be supreme. Sometimes I look around and wonder if people have lost it or stopped caring about it? We all hit rock bottom at some point, need a pick me up, feel lonely, feel betrayed, unwanted, unloved, pushed aside for someone else, unmotivated, etc. Some people let these feelings sync into a depression, some people move on. But in my book, life isn't over. Look around you. There are soooo many things to be inspired by, thankful about, happy about, lifted by. Sometimes we don't think about it, and we do dumb things. Sometimes we put ourselves in situations we can't do anything about, but in my imagination, the best thing to ever do is believe. Believing is inspirational. Who wants to be a baby their whole life and whine and cry about things that just need a little jump start?

Life is NOT over.
Who do you look up to that is inspirational? Why? Do you feel you do a good job at being inspired?
Do you feel motivated?
I feel motivated by life. My family and people I care about. Good work inspires me. A person who can stand tall no matter what. A person that fights to live their life. I don't mean fight as in fist fighting... I mean fights to live well... their driven to do their best. I don't do my best in everything. I am not good at everything. All I can do is try and keep pushing myself, just like anyone else. I start everyday new. Everyday by putting one foot on the floor and telling myself today will be a great day. I remember to smile and be friendly. I remember to be thankful because being inspired will save you. It will motivate you. We are all inspired to believe in something... whatever that something is, is up to you. I just hope no matter the hard times we go through... not being able to pay bills, school or job is stressful, significant other problems, that you believe. I hope you are inspired to think positive and DO IT.
BE THANKFUL. Hopeful. INSPIRED!
Now go 'shut the front door', it's cold out!

The Dead Weathers
A band that needs to be recognized to it's fullest: THE DEAD WEATHERS!
Holy, musically talented! To begin, Jack White is in the band. He freakin rocks at everything he touches musically in my mind. I love the style of music this band plays. It's rusty, edgy, bluesy, and ROCK! "Treat Me Like Your Mother" is a big hit they have going on right now. I personally am a bigger fan of their album before, but they both kick ass, and I would love, LOVE to see them in concert! I would love to be locked up in a room with this band and listen to them do impromptu jams because I bet they get pretty crazy. No matter what mood I am in, The Dead Weathers can always fix it!
I mean come on... their associated acts along are sick: Discount, Queens of the Stone Age, The Greenhornes, The Kills, The Raconteurs, The Upholsterers, The Waxwings, The White Stripes, Hello=Fire!!! I am quite a fan of The Kills too (awesome band if you have not checked them out either).
They all switch up on instruments on top of it, which just points out even more how musically talented this group is. They started up in the Nashville area, which is already a musically legendary place to be. I can't get enough. And on top of it, Alison Mosshart (lead vocalist) has some killer hot bangs. I dig! I love a woman that can pull of bangs ;-)
I was bored earlier tonight and felt like stalking this band and found some cool paintings some guy did of each member in the band. Check them out! I want to pain like this!
Now go "Shut The Front Door!" Night blog world. I have a day off tmr, and that's awesome!!! :) :) :) :)
